Step Two | Reservation & Image Selection
A $1,000 retainer secures your date.
From there, we guide you through selecting the image that will become the foundation of your collaborative portrait — ensuring the composition, scale, and emotional tone translate beautifully into fine art.
Step Three | Custom Palette & Digital Rendering
We design a series of curated color palettes aligned with your event’s design direction.
Once your preferred rendering is selected, we finalize your digital proof and formalize the agreement outlining your event details and approved artwork.
Every element is confirmed before production begins.
Step Four | Studio Preparation
Using our proprietary method, we transform your approved rendering into a large-format, color-coded wooden box canvas.
Each hue is custom-mixed using professional-grade archival liquid acrylics and filled into precision German-engineered paint pens—ensuring a clean, controlled, museum-quality application.
The canvas is reinforced and prepared for seamless guest participation.
Step Five | The Live Installation
On your wedding day, our team arrives early to install and prepare the artwork.
Throughout the reception, we facilitate guest participation with thoughtful guidance and structured flow—ensuring the painting evolves cohesively while maintaining an elevated, contained presence within your celebration.

Step Six | Studio Refinement & Delivery
Following your event, the artwork returns to our studio for extensive finishing.
