Book your free 45-minute Zoom consultation. During your consultation we’ll learn more about your needs and desires for your event.
Step Two
We’ll work closely with you to help you select the best photo to convert into your live painting.
Step Three
Based on your preferences, we’ll provide up to 3 different color schemes to choose from.
Step Four
Using our proprietary technique, we convert your approved proof into a color and number coded, large-format wooden canvas. Your color palette is custom mixed using archival liquid acrylic paints and loaded into German-engineered paint pens.
Step Five
It’s showtime! Our team arrives at your event and facilitates the painting process with your guests.
Step Six
After the event, we take your painting back to the studio for any finishing touches to make sure it looks just like your approved proof.

Why choose live wedding painting with Painting to the People?
No surprises. Unlike traditional live wedding painting, you get to see and approve the final image proof. We then use our proprietary process to convert that image into a number and color-coded outline on a large-format wooden canvas to be painted by your guests during your event.
Custom color-mixing. We create your approved color palette using Golden High-Flow Acrylics. Golden pretty much invented acrylic paint back in the 1940s.
We’ve given the brush, the brush. Your custom-mixed colors are loaded into high-quality, German-engineered paint pens made by Molotow. If your guests can color - they can paint!
Interactive experience. Your guests are actively participating in the creation of your painting and get to experience the magic of watching it come to life. They sign the back, making the painting into the guest book.

We work closely with you through the entire process, from helping you choose a photo that is going give you the best result as a live painting, to choosing a color scheme, custom-mixing your paint palette, converting your image to an interactive live painting, facilitating the painting process during your event, ensuring all guest painters sign the back of your painting, and touching up the final product back in our studio.

You have the option to add on a custom-built back panel with a secret compartment! Your guests still sign the back of the painting as the artists, and they have the opportunity to write a personal note to drop into the back of the painting—behind a locked door. The key to this door can be included with the painting delivery, or we can mail the key on your one-year anniversary!
