Step One
Fill out our online form to book your free discovery session. If your date is available, we’ll schedule a Zoom call to learn all about you, your event, and your creative vision. We’ll walk you through our packages, enhancements, and all the ways we can make your wedding art truly iconic.
Step Two
A $1,000 deposit officially holds your date. Then comes the fun part: we’ll guide you through selecting the photo that will become the foundation of your collaborative, color-soaked wedding portrait.
Step Three
Based on your preferences, we’ll create a selection of custom color palettes for you to choose from. Once you’ve picked the digital rendering you’re absolutely obsessed with, you’ll sign a formal contract that outlines your event details and approves your final digital proof.
Step Four
With your proof approved, we apply our proprietary method to create a color-coded, large-format box-frame canvas. Each hue in your palette is custom-mixed from archival liquid acrylics and filled into premium German-engineered paint pens to ensure museum-quality application.
Step Five
It’s showtime! Our team arrives on-site, sets the stage, and facilitates the collaborative painting experience from start to finish—guiding your guests, keeping the energy high, and ensuring your masterpiece comes to life beautifully.
Step Six
After the celebration, we bring your painting back to our studio, where the magic continues. We refine every detail, add professional finishing touches, and elevate the artwork to its final, gallery-worthy form. You’ll receive your completed masterpiece exactly as outlined in your contract.
